My adult psychotherapy practice is focused on individuals who experience recurring negative life patterns, or who feel "stuck"or dissatisfied with their job, boss, significant other, family members, or life goals. While life happens it can be easy to fall into similar situations that trigger the cycle. Being exposed to such triggers, unknowingly, results in emotional suffering (i.e., depression, anxiety etc).
I use an integrative psychotherapy approach that provides the framework to explore the complexities your daily experiences, by revisiting your previous relationships, experiences and self-perception to better understand the origin of the presenting problem.
You can expect us to collaboratively work on solving current problems and improving problematic/negative thinking patterns and behaviors. I will help you "re-frame"your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life's obstacles.
